We're extremely happy with the recent news that our strategic partners and prime providers of document management software DocuWare have decided to establish their new Technology Consulting and Customer Support Center in Bulgaria. The center will service their customers and partners from Europe, the Middle East and Africa.
What's even more exciting for us – DocuWare have trusted us with the building and managing of their new center. We consider that yet another proof of the excellent 20+ years partnership between our two organizations.
"This project is a logical continuation of our successful cooperation with DocuWare through the years," says Stanimir Atanasov, CEO of DocuWare R&D at Nemetschek Bulgaria.
"We consider a serious advantage the fact that with the creation of the center we close the production circle – from system development, through distribution and implementation on the Bulgarian market, to the technological consulting of customers."
DocuWare's new technology support center will differ significantly from the more well-known business process outsourcing – it will be a a long-term, sustainable project aiming to provide customers and partners with professional in-depth assistance and consulting. The development of the center will see the emerging of many high-level specialists, possessing a balanced mix of technological knowledge, understanding of business processes, and mastery of foreign languages and soft skills.
