Nemetschek Bulgaria is a software company with close to 300 professionals on board. We have the pleasure to work with companies from 3 continents and offer a variety of services, covering the product development lifecycle.

For our Marketing Department, we are looking for experienced Digital and Social Media Expert to engage targeted audiences through social media, google tools and email campaigns, increase websites traffic and brand awareness, acquire new leads and raise our general online presence.

It concerns the different applications of our brand, as well as the brands we are promoting as their re-sellers.


  • Identify goals and develop methods to reach them and increase web traffic (both to websites and social media pages)
  • Optimize company and products pages within each platform to increase the visibility of brands’ social content
  • Optimize company and products google analytics and ads profiles
  • Analyzing web-traffic statistics to company’s websites, reach conclusions of how effective their online presence is and give suggestions for improvement
  • Create and monitor campaigns to ensure higher traffic to websites/ social media pages, acquire new leads, promote a job opening, attract to events or raise brand awareness through mix of channels (google ads, retargeting, social media, email campaigns)
  • Continuously improve by capturing and analyzing the appropriate social data/metrics, insights and best practices, and then acting on the information
  • Stay up to date with the latest digital and social media best practices and technologies
  • Work with Marketing, Sales and Product Development teams to ensure content is informative and appealing
  • Monitor SEO and user engagement and suggest content optimization
  • Communicate with industry professionals and influencers via social media to create a strong network
  • Assess competitor’s websites and social media channels
  • Make campaign reports and monthly reports based on the analyzed data


  • Experience as a Data Analyst, Digital Marketing, Social Media Specialist or similar role
  • Excellent knowledge of Google tools and social media platforms (primarily Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn) and their best practices
  • Solid understanding of how each social media channel works and how to optimize content so that it is engaging on those channels
  • Strong understanding of search engine optimization (SEO) and search engine marketing (SEM)
  • Good understanding of social media KPIs
  • Experience with doing audience and buyer persona research and ability to write attention-grabbing ads
  • Excellent consulting, writing, editing (photo/video/text), presentation and communication skills
  • Excellent multitasking and time-management skills
  • Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
